Privacy Policy for PhaseKit

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not require you to create an account.
• Most data stays on your device.
• If iCloud is enabled on your device, certain app settings and saved routines may sync through Apple's iCloud services.
• The App may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase to support development and unlock cosmetic color customization. Payments are processed by Apple.

This may include saved timer routines, timer groups and steps, durations and sequence configuration, app settings (language, sound, screen-awake, Live Activities, theme color), the current active timer state, whether the optional supporter unlock is active, and local support-reminder counters.

If iCloud is available and enabled for your device/account, the App may sync certain settings and saved routine data using Apple's NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore service. We do not operate our own servers for this sync data — it is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

If Live Activities are enabled, the App may display current timer information on supported Apple system surfaces (Lock Screen, Dynamic Island) using Apple system frameworks. This does not send information to our own servers.

If you enable sounds or spoken countdowns, the App uses Apple audio system services on your device. No audio recordings are collected, stored, or transmitted by us.

The App may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase (Support Developer) that unlocks cosmetic color customization. Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store. The App uses Apple's StoreKit services to load pricing, process or restore the purchase, and recognize previous paid-app customers via Restore so they do not need to pay again.

We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, browsing history, health data, payment information, or user-generated content uploaded to our servers. We also do not use the App to profile users for advertising.

PhaseKit does not track you across third-party apps, websites, or services. The App's privacy manifest declares that tracking is disabled and that no data types are collected for tracking purposes.

The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. It may rely on Apple platform services, including iCloud key-value storage, Live Activities / ActivityKit, Apple audio session services, StoreKit, and App Store payment services.

Data stored locally is retained until you change or delete it, delete the App, or your device/system settings remove it. Data synced through iCloud is retained according to Apple's iCloud behavior and your Apple account/device settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.

Contact us at phasekit.support@gmail.com. Because PhaseKit primarily stores information on your device and uses Apple platform services, some requests may need to be fulfilled by deleting data within the App, deleting the App, or managing Apple account/iCloud settings directly.

PhaseKit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
