BonusCards Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-11-08
These Terms of Use govern your use of BonusCards ("the App"), developed by Dominik Schmitt, trading as Domtelier. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Pre-launch
BonusCards is in active development. Features, pricing, and availability may change before launch.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful use on devices you own or control.
Free App
BonusCards is currently free to download and use, with no account required. The App may introduce optional purchases in a future version; this page will be updated if that happens.
Your Cards and Family Sharing
You are responsible for the accuracy of the card details you add, and for which cards you choose to share and with whom through Family Sharing. BonusCards is not an offer from, and is not affiliated with, the merchants whose cards you store.
Acceptable Use
- use the App for unlawful purposes
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the App
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where applicable law permits it
- use the App in ways that violate the rights of others
No Warranty
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. As a pre-launch product, interruptions and bugs are more likely than in a stable release.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and related content, is owned by the developer or its licensors.
Changes to the App and Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction at the developer's place of business in Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
